PROVIDE OUT OF THEIR MEANS

Soon afterward he went on through cities and villages, preaching and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God. And the twelve were with him, and also some women who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities: Mary, called Mag'dalene, from whom seven demons had gone out, and Joan'na, the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, who provided for them out of their means. (Luke 8:1-3)

When the Lord calls upon you to serve Him by way of preaching and bringing the good news of the kingdom of God, He will surely take you out of your comfort zone and make you journey towards the unknown. He will ask you to leave all things behind and follow Him. This is God's way of telling you that His grace is more than enough and sufficient for you.

You will not be alone. The Lord will bring to you people whom you can trust. These are men and women who have experienced God's healing touch. Like you, their lives were completely changed by the Lord. They will be the ones who will provide for the needs of your ministry out of their own means.

Lord, thank you so much for calling me to serve in the Ministry of the Word. I believed that this is a gift you have given me so that you can use me for your greater glory, honor, and praise. I just surrender everything to you whom I dearly love and trust. In Jesus Name I humbly pray. Amen.
